The customer relationship (CRM) solutions offered also cater for all size enterprises with ACT for the Pastel Partner customers to Resolve for the Pastel Evolution clients. SalesLogix’s provides the platform for the Sage Line 500 customers and MME is integrated into Sage 1000. Services offered by Jera embrace all of Information Technology (IT) and cover Network Infrastructure, the supply and configuration of File Servers and desktops to accommodate any size business, outsourced IT, Disaster Recovery etc. Below we have detailed all disciplines embraced and serviced professionally by Jera.

Our support services do not only embrace the ERP solutions mentioned above but include the Microsoft range of operating systems, Linux and UNIX, along with major databases such Oracle Database, Informix and Microsoft’s SQL Server. Our support services also embrace the Microsoft Office suit, along with MS Project, MS Visio and MS FrontPage. The aforementioned give our customers comfort that their total IT requirement is addressed professionally.
